Lead the high-level design and architectural vision for complex, scalable software
systems, ensuring they meet long-term business goals and technical standards.
Define technical roadmaps and innovate strategic software solutions for next-
generation products. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine
the feasibility of design within specific time and cost constrains. Provide technical
guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Senior and Staff engineers, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement. Establish and reinforce department-wide best
practices, coding standards, and design patterns. Partner with product managers,
UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into roust
technical specifications. Engage in hands-on development of the most critical and
complex components of the software stack, including reference implementations
for other teams. Conduct thorough peer code reviews, ensuring architectural
integrity, performance, and security compliance. Drive initiatives to improve
